But...yeah. How like me, to use the end to psyche myself out when I'm not even anywhere near it yet. Although successfully keeping (most) of it off is part of the reason.

As for what weight you should be, I think you've got the right idea with where you think you should be. If you don't feel like you'd be comfortable in the lower range, then don't do it. That said, you might feel more secure with a few kilos between you and the BMI for overweight as well.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1311145116280206975.post-36619676426652940332010-12-10T13:10:31.953+13:002010-12-10T13:10:31.953+13:00I just don't know how to answer when people as...I just don't know how to answer when people ask about it. I mean, they probably feel slightly awkward as well, but it's just...yeah. It's humiliating, somehow, but I think it's because I tried for so long to pretend like I didn't have a problem, and now it's all "Yeah, I was fat." I kind of need to work through that, but...yeah. Alan would ask if I was anorexic (I'll bet he'll say that to you too, but then he also said "Guess I can't call you Chubbs anymore").Josephinehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17210825026172547526noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1311145116280206975.post-36697307334384022502010-12-10T00:18:42.129+13:002010-12-10T00:18:42.129+13:00Ha ha, not fat like me! It likely won't help that I am fairly hesitant to discuss it with people, because I am still horribly embarrassed about the whole thing. Obviously my weightloss was a reflection of the turmoil in my life at the time as well and everyone picked up on that.Josephinehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17210825026172547526noreply@blogger.com
